PROJECTS
URO has carefully assembled three Greenfield portfolios across nine granted Exploration Licenses, with a further three under application. Together these cover approximately 6,000 km² across Central Australia. Each portfolio is strategically positioned near world-class discoveries, including major Tier 1 deposits in the West Arunta, Northern Territory and Canning Basin, Western Australia.

URO’s exploration strategy is focused on commodities critical to the global energy transition and technology supply chains. Our portfolios are prospective for gold, tin, beryllium, copper, tungsten, lithium, rare earth elements, uranium, and a suite of high-value critical minerals. By targeting underexplored terranes with proven mineral fertility, URO is opening new search spaces for the next generation of discoveries.

Our projects span granite-hosted tin-beryllium-lithium and polymetallic systems, concealed magmatic-hydrothermal targets beneath sedimentary cover, ionic clay-hosted rare earths with kaolin by-product potential, and high-grade hard rock REE occurrences within Proterozoic orogenic belts. Early exploration success, including confirmed polymetallic mineralisation, high-grade rare earth intersections, and large-scale geophysical anomalies—demonstrates the strong potential of our ground.

These portfolios are strategically located alongside some of Australia’s most significant JORC resources: WA1 Resources’ Luni Niobium-Rare Earth discovery in the West Arunta, Arafura’s Nolans Bore REE Project (56 Mt @ 2.6% TREO), the Bigrlyi Uranium Deposit (6.5 kt U₃O₈), the Napperty Uranium Prospect, and major hydrocarbon and mineral resources of the Fitzroy Trough, Canning Basin, where world-class petroleum systems and large-scale sediment-hosted base metal deposits highlight the region’s tier-one potential.
