- Magnadon | URO Corp
MAGNADON Location: Western Australia, Australia Magnadon is URO Corporation’s true exploration project, targeting a vast and underexplored mineral system buried beneath the remote Gregory Sub-basin in the onshore Canning Basin. Located 150 km south of Sturt Creek, the project covers a major 70 x 40 km magnetic anomaly interpreted as a concealed mafic–ultramafic intrusion—a setting with strong potential for world-class copper, gold, zinc, and nickel discoveries. Geophysical data reveals a unique combination of magnetic and gravity highs, basement uplift, and intersecting fault systems—hallmarks of a rift-driven hydrothermal system capable of hosting significant mineralisation. Sitting directly on the globally recognised 170 km lithospheric thickness contour—shared by deposits like Mount Isa, Broken Hill, and Olympic Dam—Magnadon lies in one of the most prospective geological corridors for large-scale base metal systems. URO is actively advancing geophysical interpretation, isotopic analysis, and targeted drilling to test the Magnadon model. With each layer of data, confidence grows in Magnadon’s potential to host a concealed, large-scale mineral system beneath Western Australia’s vast sedimentary cover. Magnadon isn’t just in the right place - it is in the only place where deep geology, tectonics, and mineral systems converge. This is a rare opportunity to uncover a hidden giant - a true elephant.
